Product Introduction
The system consists of a horizontal rotor installed inside the vacuum chamber and an external vacuum cylinder. Under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating conical heater, the material extends and rolls along the heating surface from the inside to the outside, and is heated to complete the entire evaporation process. The light components emitted during the evaporation process are collected by the condenser through the vacuum outlet, and the heavy components are transported to the finished product storage tank through the material collection pipe. The materials that do not meet the concentration requirements are recycled into the evaporation device through the circulation pump for secondary evaporation.
